Customers should request returns within 14 days of placing an order by contacting info@podmont.org. Products should be unused, in original packaging and supported by proof of purchase. Return shipping is generally arranged and paid for by the customer. Returns are available for U.S. orders.
If you received a defective or damaged PodMont, contact the team with the order number and relevant photos. The product is covered by the applicable limited warranty.
PodMont LLC provides a limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for normal use, as set out in the brand's product warranty terms. The current limited-warranty period stated by the original store is three months from delivery, subject to its conditions and consumer rights under applicable law.
